1. What we collect

When you interact with aivideos.co, we collect:

• Information you submit. Name, email, company, and project details you enter on our inquiry form or send us by email.
• Scheduling information. If you book a call with us, your name, email, time zone, and meeting preferences.
• Usage information. Page views, referral URLs, browser type, device type, and approximate location (city/region) via privacy-respecting analytics. No cross-site tracking. No third-party advertising cookies.
• Account information. If you sign in to our admin or client portal (staff only), your email and authentication state.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not sell your information to anyone.
• We do not run ad retargeting pixels across the open web.
• We do not collect information about you from data brokers or third-party enrichment services for the purpose of profiling you.

3. How we use what we collect

• To respond to your inquiry.
• To schedule and run a scoping call you have requested.
• To send you project-related email (proposals, revisions, deliveries) after you have engaged us for work.
• To operate and improve the site (analytics, error monitoring).
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage keys for core site functionality (session management, form state). We use privacy-respecting analytics that may set first-party or session-only cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so may break the inquiry form or your admin session if you are a staff user.

5. Retention

Inquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as the business relationship is active, and then archived per our records-retention policy.

Scan, voice, and character data submitted by clients for production is retained per the terms of the client agreement. See the AI disclosure page for details on production data handling.

Analytics data is retained in aggregate for up to 24 months. Individual session data is rotated within 60 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of information we are not required to keep by law.
• Opt out of marketing emails (link at the bottom of every email).
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for EU/UK residents under GDPR, or California residents under CCPA/CPRA).

7. Security

We hold information on infrastructure operated by established cloud providers (hosting, storage, email, scheduling). We use industry-standard access control, encryption at rest and in transit, and audit logging. No system is perfect. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you without undue delay and in line with applicable law.

8. International transfers

aivideos.co operates out of the United States. Information you submit is processed on US-based infrastructure. Where we transfer information from the EU or UK to the US, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or successor mechanisms.

9. Children

aivideos.co is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We update this page when our practices change. The effective date above reflects the last revision. Material changes are announced on this page.
