1. Acceptance

By using aivideos.co, submitting an inquiry, or engaging us for a commercial video production project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.

2. What we do

aivideos.co operates a commercial video production service powered by AI-assisted tools under human creative direction. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined in a separate written project agreement per engagement. This page governs general site use and the baseline terms of every engagement.

3. Your account and submissions

When you submit content to us (scans, voice, briefs, reference material):

• You confirm you have the right to share the content with us.
• You grant us a license to use the content solely to perform your project and deliver the outputs you commissioned.
• You confirm that individuals whose likeness or voice appears in submitted content have consented to that use.

If you cannot confirm any of the above for a specific submission, do not send it. We pause any engagement where consent or rights are ambiguous.

4. Intellectual property in deliverables

Ownership and license scope for delivered commercial output is set in each written project agreement. Default license for production output is for the channels and term defined in the agreement. Master files, raw scan data, and production pipelines remain operated by us.

You do not acquire rights to our models, production pipelines, custom characters developed for other clients, or any tooling we use internally. We do not acquire rights to your trademarks, brand identity, or licensed third-party content you supply beyond the scope needed to deliver your project.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use aivideos.co or commission content for:

• Portraying a real identifiable person without that person's written consent.
• Portraying a public figure, politician, or candidate in any capacity.
• Election-related creative depicting a candidate or officeholder.
• Defamation, harassment, or content that violates another party's legal rights.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or any other proprietary right.
• Illegal content, including content designed to defraud, hate speech targeting protected characteristics, or content exploiting minors.

6. Fees, invoicing, revisions

Fees, payment schedules, revision scope, and timeline commitments are set in your written project agreement. Changes to scope are handled via written change orders. Late payment terms and collection rights are set in your project agreement.

7. Confidentiality and NDA

We treat unpublished project content, client lists, and internal business information shared with us as confidential. We sign NDAs on request. Publicly visible case studies on our gallery appear only with client approval.

8. Disclaimers

We provide aivideos.co and our production services on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses, though we work to keep it so.

We make no warranties about the commercial results of any video we produce for you. Creative outcomes depend on the brief, the channel strategy, and factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of aivideos.co or any project we produce for you is limited to the fees you paid us for the project that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of incorporation of aivideos.co's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation, then by binding arbitration in that state's seat, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We update these terms when our practices or the law changes. Material changes are announced on this page. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
